Last updated: April 6, 2026. These terms govern your use of Adiact, including dashboard access, CLI usage and MCP integrations.
Acceptable use
- You must not use Adiact to distribute malware or harmful instructions.
- You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas or security controls.
- You are responsible for users and API tokens under your workspace.
Billing and renewal
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Taxes, if applicable, are charged based on billing jurisdiction.
Service availability
We work to keep services reliable but may perform maintenance and updates.
Critical incidents are communicated through the status page.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us rights needed to host and process it.
Termination
We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or severe policy violations.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Adiact is provided on an as-available basis. We may update these terms as the platform evolves, and significant updates will be announced.
Continued use of the service after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
